"My name is Joy Mordecai. Dr. Kocher is my dentist at South Carolina Dental Center. I love it there! Working for a bank for five years taught me a lot about why customer service skills are so important. After receiving notice from my previous dentist that my appointment date and time for a root canal had been changed, without any notification to me, and knowing I would not be able to get off work on the new date and time, I had no choice but to look for someone who could accommodate my schedule.
